Thanks for an eggless pancake recipe--so similar to the original!Replacing cinnamon with cardamom powder should be interesting --- I find that in readymade pancake mixes . Cooking them on a low to medium heat gave me better results.The best part was that kids could have it with butter/freshcream/jam and I could have the low cal version!:)
